"I've been a State Farm customer for 30 years. When my agent retired I switched to Danielle Biondo...BIG mistake! Every month my premiums went up and all of a sudden we have to have the tracker thing on our vehicle to get a lower rate....it didn't work half the time, so we always had to reset. When I had problems with a vehicle or homeowners I would call. The staff are very rude and don't know what they are doing. They would tell me they'll call back with the answer but not call back at all or one time it took 2 weeks to get a response. So glad I switched companies as now I pay half the rate for the same coverage with USAA and they are super nice. Would not recomend Danielle to anyone!!"
